There are no returns, refunds and/or exchanges on any e-liquids and all sales of e-liquids are final. There is no warranty for atomizer, cartomizer, or clearomizer products, except in case the product is defective on arrival (DOA) and the customer notifies Veypur, Inc within 48 hours of purchase of product.
While some of the products purchased from Veypur, Inc may be subject to manufacturer warranties, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly. When inquiring about a return you must include: name, date of sale, product manufacturer, product model, and product make. You should also include a copy of your receipt/invoice. Should you need assistance in contacting the manufacturer, we will be glad to provide assistance for any products that you purchased from Veypur, Inc.
